Olympus Heights, 1960
As Jack Ryan is wandering through Olympus Heights in search of the antidote for Fontaine's mind control named Lot 192, he enters a seemingly empty apartment. During his search of the apartment, he enters a rather large bedroom and notices a dead former citizen. The body looked to be of a teenage boy and was laying on a blood-stained mattress. Jack starts to move toward the body but stops in place after hearing the sounds of a little sister walking around outside. Once the sounds ceased, he moved toward the corpse and discovered an audio diary inside it's pocket. The audio diary is labeled "Richard Fenix - Why did they take her?". Very interested, Jack sits down on the ground next to the corpse and begins to listen to the audio diary.
Richard Fenix: Why did they need to take Karen away from me? My little sister was the only family member that I haven't lost to the conflict yet, now I am alone. Last time that I saw her was with a strange looking man who said he was from "The Little Sister's Orphanage". I thought that he would bring her somewhere safe, but instead he took her to scientists…they turned her into one of those soulless monsters. I did see her again about an hour ago, but she was with one of those "Big Daddies". Karen is not the same innocent little girl she used to be, she is a monster now. I am all by myself forever now…I don't know what to do.
The audio diary ends and Jack lifted himself from the ground. In the hallway, he sees nothing but a lone little sister, looking around the bedroom as if she remembers where she is at.
