I know the day has come that I have past and this is when you'll be reading this. I want you to have a little advice from beyond the grave. I hope you enjoyed that joke because I know you're mother would have. You're my youngest child and I want you to find someone that makes you happier than you ever thought possible. So give this a chance and take my advice on this. I'll tell you a little something about you're mother and I.

They called us crazy when we started out. They said 17's too young to know what love's about. We've been together 58 years now. I only brought home $67 a week. We bought a two-bedroom house on Maple Street. Then she blessed me with 6 more mouths to feed. One day a young boy asked me how I'd done it all. And I'll share with you what I told him to do. You have to be a best friend, tell the truth, and overuse "I love you". You gotta go to work, do your best, and don't outsmart your common sense. Never let your prayin' knees get lazy, and love like crazy.

Be like me and never let the other person go. Your mother was my everything, is my everything. And that's what I want for you. Pick someone who can love you forever and treats you like the princess that you are. You are beautiful in every single way and anyone who doesn't see that is an idiot.

Take my advice, sweetie. You just have to give them your all and if they still don't stay, then you're too good for them. Find someone who deserves you. If they think they don't deserve you, then they do. So, my youngest daughter, I wish you luck, and so much love.

Love you always,

Daddy
