Hope you love it~ This is a Austria and Hungary child AU.
LET'S START!
Why am I, Roderich Edelstein, honor student here at Hetalia academy, sitting in the Principal's office might you ask? No, I'm not in trouble. No, I'm not going home. I'm here, for the new student. My teacher, Mr. Tino, sent me here to show her around. Yes, Mr. Tino, he told us to call him that because it's too hard for us to pronounce as 5th graders.
I waited, and waited, and finally the door opened. I couldn't believe my eyes to what I saw.
A girl, though she carried a tomboy look to her, so cute it was heart breaking. Her hair was tied back with a pink ribbon that went well with her light green dress. In her left hand she carried a lunchbox that looked almost like a military grade lunchbox. Her dad must be in the military or something. Over her shoulder she had a book bag that had a pin that appeared to be the Hungarian flag.
"Hello, my name is Elizabeta," she said, her voice was just high enough that she could be mistaken for a boy before puberty. It made me blush.
"I'm Roderich, pleased to meet you," I replied, adjusting my glasses.
For the rest of the day I lead her around the school and helped her through classes. In our art class I was her partner, we had to made a little art piece out of what was in our bags. We ended up making a paperclip smiley face with glitter cheeks and colored with crayons.
By the end of the day at recess I'd learned a lot about her. Apparently her mom made her dress up like this for the first day of school. She didn't like wearing dresses in the least, she preferred wearing pants and shirts. I learned her dad was in the Marines so she had a lot of his old stuff.
I told her how I loved playing the piano and how I wanted to be a famous musician when I grew up. She giggled and told me she'd love to hear me play as we sat on the swings. I don't know how many times she made me blush throughout the day, but it was a lot for an eleven year old.
The final bell rang, chiming for us to go home. Why our recess hour was the last of the day, I had no idea, but I loved it.
"Well, I guess I'll see you tomorrow."
"I guess you will," she smiled, "hey.. If I do something you can't tell anybody okay?"
I blinked, it couldn't be anything bad right? So, I nodded and told her yes. She looked around to make sure no one was looking.
And then, she kissed me.
She jumped up and dashed off towards the school, leaving me sitting there astonished. My face was bright red the entire bus ride home.
And that, was how my start with Elizabeta Héderváry, began.
