I saw him,
finally. He claimed that
he wanted to see Gandalf and went
by the name "Underhill", though
young hobbits usually fit their names,
and this was no "Underhill".
Especially so sure was I when he
made a big scene in which his
companian revealed that his true
name. Baggins. The hobbit disapeared
and according to my reasearch, this
was the work of the One ring.
I pulled the hobbit to my quarters and
explained: " I can avoid being seen
when I wish, but to disapear all
together...now that is a rare gift."
" What do you want?" said he.
" Are you afraid?" I asked.
