The Meeting
I stepped out of my new truck and eyed my new school; Forks High. Everyone here was in their own little groups. Except for one group which had lots of people in pink? jock jackets and cheerleading uniforms. I heard a little cough from beside me. I turned around and saw a short guy with thick rimmed glasses, a long shirt which some of his shirt was sticking out of his fly and was breathing into an inhaler.
" Um..hello my name is Erick and..and" he stammered.
"Hey, my name is Isabella Swan but call me Bella" I said extending my hand to shake his but he just shrieked and ran away.
"Wow that was odd" I mumbled underneath my breath. I headed toward the Main Office when I heard the large group of people full of jocks and cheerleaders started snickering.
"OMG Jessica look at the faggit, she like really needs like an ass job it is so small," one said pointing at me.
"Hell ya, I mean look at her face it is like naked, I mean come on it is like called make up," the both started laughing and then the whole group joined in. I could feel my face turning a deep red and I guess it was cause they started laughing harder.
I walked faster towards the Main Office. Once I reached the door and was inside I slowly walked towards the front desk.
"Hello my name is Isabella Swan and I would like to pick up my schedule," I said looking at the woman who was now grinning at me. I could see she had lipstick all over her teeth.
"Oh hello dear my name is Mrs. Cope but call me Aletec," she started rummaging through papers.
"Ah here we are," she said handing me three papers, " ok so the first one is the map of the school, the second is your schedule and the third is for all your teachers to sign. Oh and dear have a great day and GOOOO FLAMINGOS!!" I said a faint thank you. I guess that explains the pink jock jackets. Great my new schools mascot is a giant flamingo. That ought to scare the other teams off.
I looked at my schedule once I was outside. Great I had PE first. I suck at gym. My map said it was in…building…12. As I was walking towards where the map showed building 12 was I bumped into someone.
"Crap, I'm so sorry I didn't see you," I said trying to get off the ground. I heard a chuckle and looked up. I was staring into the most vibrant eyes I ever seen.
