"You okay," Lisa Cuddy asked her friend and employee Cameron
"Yeah," Cameron sighed, "Dr. Cuddy can I ask you something?"
"Sure"
"Why did you pick Foreman and not me to be in charge?"
Cuddy smiled. She knew that question was coming.
"I picked Foreman over you not because he's more qualified, frankly you're the most qualified one I know. The problem is you care too much."
"I- I care too much"
"You are busy trying to be the patient's friend. Foremen focuses on treating the patient"
Filled with emotion Cameron hugged Cuddy.
"Thank you," she said
"For what?"
"For being my friend and for telling me the nicest thing I heard in two weeks. You really restored my self esteem."
Lisa Cuddy watched her friend leave the office with a smile on her face.
