What are people but chess pieces on a chess board? They follow the will of the player. But who plays the game, manipulating the pieces? And who will dare to challenge him?

Yes, another one. This one may not be quite as obvious on whom the character is, so have fun trying to figure it out.

see all the little chess pieces.
Pretty ladies, men on hand,
just look at the full chess board.

Play the game, move the pieces,
manipulate all of them.
The pieces don't know any better,
merely following the will of the player.

Amuse them here, help them there,
sell them this, show them that.
Blackmail here, con them there,
these pieces do my will.

Push them here, hit him there,
now brush off questions with flash.
The dazzled little pieces,
just keep on watching.

Chess pieces, chess pieces,
you want to play my game, sir?
Foolish man, you lag behind.
Do you even know how to play?

Aha, you are a worthy opponent,
you beat me in this round.
But that was merely check,
the game is yet to end.

Chess pieces, chess pieces,
but you are no mere chess piece.
You know the game, I'll give you that,
but I still have an ace up my sleeve.

Try to steal what I've worked so hard to gain?
I'll take my revenge on you.
I know something that will end our game,
leaving me as the winner.

Chess pieces, chess pieces.
I thought you were new to chess.
But you are an expert,
you beat me at my own game.

My king falls, along with me.

Check, and mate.
