Max's P.O.V
The cool breeze blew through my hair and it felt good since we were near Florida. Angel had insisted we take a break from all this life saving stuff and go on vacation. I kept saying no but then Nudge gave me her bambi eyes and Angel controlled my mind so I was forced to say fine. Even though I was mad I still kind of agreed with Angel…I mean we had been saving the world for over 2 years now and everyone seemed to be getting tired by the second. I guess it is kind of nice to take a break for once. We had planned to stay there for 4 days. As we got closer Angel swooped down followed by Nudge and Gazzy. I stayed up high with Fang, Iggy, and Total. After awhile we all swooped towards the ground. As soon as we landed I could smell the salty water and a hot dog stand close by. I looked towards the smell and saw a man serving 3 hot dogs to 3 kids. One had dark brown hair and 2 had blonde hair. One of them was shorter than the rest. "What!" I screamed. "What is it Max?" Fang asked me. "Nudge, Gazzy, and Angel are buying hot dogs!" I responded. I ran over and began speaking. "Hello……we have no money." I said. Nudge turned around and Angel continued to talk to the man. I suddenly realized what Angel was doing. She was mind controlling the man. After he had served 6 hot dogs and 1 empty bun we walked away. "Angel…..why did you do that?" I asked. "We are all hungry and remember Max, we're on vacation." She told me and walked towards where we landed. "What has gotten in to her lately?" I thought out loud. I walked towards the group and Angel handed Total the empty bun and a hot dog with ketchup to me. Usually I would be okay with this but the thought of just being here on vacation made me uneasy. I gulped down my hot dog and Angel turned to get more. I grabbed her arm just in time and shook my head. What is happening to the Angel I know?
Total's P.O.V
I looked up towards Angel. We had been talking through our minds the whole time we had been walking. "Angel is Max okay?" I asked through my mind. "Yeah….she is just uneasy about the trip but I know she will get use to it." Angel responded. She held out her arms and I jumped up into them. She started scratching behind my ear. The place I loved the most. The flock continued to walk down the road. Soon enough we had hit Disney World. There were millions of kids and grown-ups everywhere. I turned to Max. She froze.
