A/N: Short little one shot, on the banal aspects of travelling with the Doctor; it can't all be excitement and adventure!

"Clara this screen is not big enough!" The girl had unlocked the TARDIS door to discover her Doctor on the floor, staring at …

"Hey is that my iTouch?!" She closed the door quickly and ran up the ramp.

"Clara I need to win this game!"

"How long you have you had that?! Since last week?! I knew I brought it on here, when I rang you asking if I'd left it and you said no…" Clara was furious but right now the Doctor did not care.

"Clara this game is irritating and I cannot do it!" He waved the screen at her, standing up in his usual boneless, gangly way and shook the device at her again. "This bird is not working with me." He growled and began to circle the console holding the little Ipod Touch. He put it down quickly on the centre control and glared at it.

"What bird?" Clara, was still annoyed but knew the Doctor in this mood was worse than her. Plus she was the Boss, she'd sort him out later. She put her keys back in her back and hoisted herself onto one of the railings, watching him fume and grumble.

"This flappy bird." He grouched, still glaring at the benign rectangular device. Ahh the latest craze and the reason Clara had been searching for her iTouch all week, she had had cravings to the point where she was on Angie's all the time.

"Ahh, is he bothering you?" She teased, pulling her face straight when he turned his glare towards her.

"Very much so. The screen is too small to play and the TARDIS won't let me upload it to her mainframe." He pouted at the console before him and the hum frequency changed slightly, as if the TARDIS was vocalising her annoyance. "Come on Sexy for me please?" There was a whine from the console and he turned away in a grump.

"I'm not surprised." Clara kicked her legs and was laughing until he pulled his sonic out of his jacket on the floor. "No way mister." She launched herself at her iTouch as he aimed it at her. "I've just paid for the replacement when you got angry at Angry Birds." She raised an eyebrow and he put the sonic away pouting.

"Fine." He grumbled, tugging on his bow tie and mumbling as she tucked the device safely in her pocket. "Where are we going Clara?"

"Well seeing as I am the boss…" She teased again and he raised an eyebrow but said nothing. "I think we should go somewhere fun." She grinned at him and flicked switch.

"Get dressed Doctor." She tugged him closer and re-did his bow tie, before picking his jacket off the floor.

"Shut up." The smile pulled up the corners of his mouth and with another errant hand he sent his TARDIS spinning.
