Emily was walking to school that morning like she usually did.Then someone aproached her from behind. She knew he was there. She turned, kicked, and said, "Stop following me!" "It's my job mon cheri. You kick hard!" he replied "Then who tells you to follow me huh? Huh? Tell me or I'll kick you again." She threatened. "Try it and I'll blow you away" he said taking a card out of his jacket. "Fine. If your going to follow me keep your distance. Got it?" "Ok, au revoir" he said walked away.
When she got to school she joined her friends, she knew he was still watching her. She turned to see him at the fence.As the bell rang she waved to Gambit and went inside. She hasn't shown any sign of power do you still want her?" Gambit asked talking into a cell phone. "Yes, I told you her powers are more the type that you will to happen not like yours,so I want her immediatly."

After school she went to her favorite homework spot, the library. She was doing her calculus homework when she sensed him watching her. This wasn't one of her powers she just knew when people were watching her. "You can come out" she said without looking up from her work. Gambit came out from behind a bookshelf and said "Hello mon cheri." "Drop the 'mon cheri' thing." "Of course. I am Gambit and I have a proposition for you." "And what is this proposition?" "My boss wants you to join his mutant group the Acolytes but he wants to know your powers first" "My powers eh?Well there's Flame throwing,Ice Breath and Lightning Bolts." He talks to the cell phone again and says "My boss wants to know your answer. What do you say?" "I say ok."
