Remember the cow tipping and bully tipping scene? Then, you may find this humorous!
"Well, guys," Otis, the cow said, stretching, "I think I'll hit the hay."
"Goodnight, Otis!" Pip called.
"See you in the morning," Peck said.
"Get your beauty sleep," said Pig.
"Goodnight," Freddy said.
The cow searched for a place to sleep. Finally, he found the farmer's truck and hopped right on it to keep warm without hesitation. Somehow, it reminded him of a night when he and the Jersey cows drove Mrs. Beady's car, only they drove. At that moment, Otis was warm, comfortable and drifted off to sleep underneath the starry night high above him as the eye can see.
Minutes passed and he started kicking as if some coyote were to attack him. Yes, Otis would for sure instinctively kick a coyote even in his sleep. All things considered, Otis had a good night's sleep.
Later, he dreamt he fell asleep during Dag's meeting and when he awoke, he made a sound that sounded like a blaring basketball siren. Dag and his coyote troop were momentarily annoyed.
…
The next morning, Otis slid off the truck he was sleeping on and snuck into the barn without being recognized. While this was happening, the farmer ambled out of his house to get to work and Otis' farm animals asked Otis if he had a good night's sleep. "Yeah," he replied, "Actually I did."
The End
