Okay well this is kind of a test story to see how a sequel would go for my story about their baby. Just read it and tell me what you think. NOTE: Yusei and Aki are around 26-27 years old. Also, there are different characteristics to Yusei and Aki.

Today was the weekend. It was also the middle of spring. As Yusei woke up he had many things on his mind. What was the plan for today? What's for breakfast? But more importantly, what about their daughter? Yuki was now around 6.

Today him and Aki had promised to do something with Yuki. Just then Aki woke up.

She groaned a bit but managed a greeting.

"Good morning Yusei," she said.

"Good morning Aki," said Yusei, while giving her a kiss.

Just then Yuki came rushing into their room.

"Mommy! daddy! You know what today is?"

"Yes Yuki mommy and daddy knows," said Yusei while giving a little chuckle.

Yuki headed over to where Aki was, and Aki gave her a smile.

"Mommy you're still not awake yet?"

"Yuki, mommy is getting a little extra sleep."

"Awww but you made the promise..."

"Alright, if you let mommy sleep 5 more minutes, mommy will get up."

Yusei couldn't help but laugh a little at this.

"Daddy come on, we have to go get ready."

"Okay Yuki, you go on ahead."

"Okay!" Yuki said excitedly.

Yuki ran out and went to go brush her teeth.

"Aki we should be getting up soon."

"Yusei, come on.." she said as she stuffed her face in her pillow. "Let me get more sleep."

"Well, alright you get a few more minutes."

"Thanks," she said as she drifted back to her comfortable pillow.

Later on Yuki, Aki, and Yusei are all in the living room.

"Mommy can I see your cards?"

Aki was a little hesitant at first but soon gave Yuki her cards.

"These are so cool!"

"Yuki don't you want to see my cards?" Yusei asked.

"No, uncle Jack told me they were kind of lame."

Aki let out a small chuckle.

"Uncle Jack huh? I'll have to talk to him later..." Yusei said mischievously.

"Mommy what's this one?" Yuki asked as she pulled out a card.

"Oh, that's my Black Rose Dragon. It's my favorite card, so be careful."

"Okay."

Yuki soon started sorting through Aki's deck and she was still holding on to Aki's card as a breezed rolled in. They had left the windows open, and the wind blew the card Yuki was holding right outside. There was still mud from the rain last night and Aki's card landed in one of them. As they all rush outside, Aki picks up her card and tries to get mud off of it.

"Mommy, I'm.. sorry."

Aki surprisingly didn't yell at Yuki or even get mad.

"It's alright Yuki, it was an accident."

This surprised Yusei a lot. By now he would have expected a lot of yelling but nothing? That was new.

Later on as Yuki was sleeping, Yusei talks with Aki.

"I was surprised today."

"About what Yusei?"

"About you not getting mad about your card."

"Yea... well..." but before she could finish Yusei talked.

"And I'm glad you could control your emotions," he said as he pulled her closer.

"Yea well, having a child makes people change."

Yusei gave a small chuckle. Then Aki leaned on him a little more.

"It sure does."

Well this was nothing much. Just a little sample. I could think of so many stories with these 3, but school is bringing me down. So, until the weekend, I hoped you enjoyed and there is more coming.
