I Never Thought This Would Happen to Me

For some strange reason when really big things happen that change your life forever you never really expect it. I'm talking about really big events like: you're parents dieing or saving the world from an evil madman. Or maybe you found a few really good friends and you have never had any before.
My name is Natasha. I have long curly blue green hair, and blue eyes. I'm from Neo Russia and used to work in the Neo Russian military. Not any more though. Now I'm the support crew for Neo Russia's gundam fighter, Argo Gulskii. The 14th gundam fight starts in a week and I'm currently trying to increase the stability in the Bolt Gundam's knees, so Argo can use the gundam's main weapon, the Gaia Crusher, again. Trying to. But I can't concentrate.
The thing that has kept plowing its way into my mind for the past 4 years, the Dark Gundam. The Dark Gundam was originally called the Ultimate Gundam. It was called this back when it was being created in Neo Japan, the reason for its creation: to restore the Earth. Then one of its creators, a man named Ulube, decided to use it to take over the universe. When Dr. Kasshu found out it was too late to stop him so he told his son, Kyoji, to take the Ultimate Gundam to Earth. But when it crash-landed on the planet its circuits were messed up and it became the Dark Gundam. Then it pulled Kyoji in side it and started on its new mission, to destroy all humanity! After that it killed so many but poisoned even more with DG cells. Master Asia willingly joined the Dark Gundam in its mission, making the already difficult job of destroying it almost impossible. But some good did come out of this. The old Shuffle Alliance was defeated but before they died they transferred their Shuffle Crests to the gundam fighters of Neo France, Neo Russia, Neo America, and Neo China, purging them of the DG cells. The Dark Gundam was eventually defeated and Neo Japan won the gundam fight.
Somehow, even though it's nice to get that all out, I don't think that's all that's bothering me. As I look up at the Bolt Gundam, I realize what's bothering me. The one thing that's truly bothering me is Argo Gulskii, or the Black Joker. I really couldn't believe it when he, a former space pirate and Neo Russian prisoner, received a shuffle crest. At first I didn't really like him that much. Who am I kidding, I hated him. When he got his crest he earned my respect. But right now I really don't know how I feel about him.
Suddenly the door opens and he walks in. he asked me what's on my mind and I tell him that I was thinking about what happened in the 13th gundam fight. "You should really stop thinking about it, that's all in the past" he tells me. We talk for a little while and after he leaves it feels like a great burden has been lifted from me. I'd better get back to fixing the gundam. I've only got a week!
