Kitty: I don't own anything, Naruto and Yu Yu Hakusho belong to their rightful owners. I had this idea in my head for months and decided to work on it, hope you enjoy the story.

Her Decision

It was late one night in the village of Konoha as two figures stood in front of the village gate. One of the figures was carrying a backpack strapped to the back while the other was leaning against the gate.

"You sure you want to do this." said one of the figures, a male.

"I'm sure." said the other figure, a female.

"Once you make the decision, you can't go back." said the male, "You won't be seeing your friends and family."

The female smiled sadly, "I know, but they will understand why."

"This is your last chance Hinata, do you wish to leave the village and come with me?" the male asked.

Hinata look at her companion, smiling at him with a look of determination, "I already told you before, I want to go with you."

"Hn, very well." Said her companion, leaning on the gate doors before looking up. "Have you told someone of this decision?"

Hinata nods. "Hai, but he won't tell anyone. I trust him."

The male turn his head, his beautiful crimson eyes looking through Hinata's lavender ones before nodding his head. "I see."

Hinata blushed at his stare, making her companion smirk at the effect he has on her.

"Lovely."

Hinata blushed some more. "Hiei."

"Let's go." Said Hiei.

"Hai." Hinata said, then she squeaked as she was lifted in his arms.

"You ready?" asked the male koorime.

"Hai." Hinata said as she held onto his neck.

Hiei nods his head as he flitted out of sight with Hinata in his arms.

Hinata smiled as she put her head on his chest, feeling the breeze flowing through her hair.

'I made the right decision.' She thought as she look up at her lover who is still running at full speed and her smile grew, satisfied that she is going to be with Hiei forever.

'Good bye forever Konoha.' Was Hinata's final thought as she was whisked away in Hiei's arms to start a new life together.
