The lights started to flicker, a cold breeze hit me making me shiver. I continued to walk along the white coated ground. I kept thinking to myself "head down, keep walking, home is just around the corner" but then I heard a scream. I turned in the direction of which it came from. "Go home" my mind told me, however my heart told me to help. I took in a deep breath and walked towards the scream. I followed down an old ally way, somewhere I had never been before. I saw light up ahead and as I drew closer I heard voices.
"I told you this would happen if you screamed" The voice was low and husky defiantly a mans. "Come on boys, lets go" I could see the figures making there way towards me. I looked up, down, left and right until I saw some steps. I ran and hide behind them. The group walked straight by me and disappeared into the night. My heart was racing and my throat was dry. My legs felt like lead and my vision was blurry. I slowly got up, using the railing of the stairs for support. I checked my surroundings once more before I headed out into the opening. What I saw shocked me. The dizziness returned, my dry throat burned as the vomit made its way up. I turned and collapsed on my knees chucking up all I had eaten recently. My hands were shaking as I got up and walked back towards the body. A girl laid before me maybe in her late teens just a bit younger than me. Her beautiful blond hair was stained with blood that was gushing out of a hole in her head. That was all I could bare before I staggered backwards tripping over my dress. I was on my back looking at the night sky watching as the stars one by one went out.
Someone clicked in my face "mam are you okay. Miss can you hear me?" I peeled my eyes open to come face to face with a man, his eyes were wise and old yet he was young. I opened my mouth to speak.
"Y-ess" my voice shook. "What happened?" The man stood up and looked at me
"We were just about to ask you the same question" I looked around me I was in a hospital bed a tall man with curly started to walk over.
"John" he called, the man that woke me up turned.
"She is awake now, you can talk to her" John walked towards the curtains and slipped out.
"Hello, what is your name?" I steadied out my voice and spoke.
"M-Margret. But my friends call me Molly" He snickered as though my name amused him.
"Hello Molly, my name is Sherlock Holmes"
