phoenix was on his computer doing office work when he noticed a file was missing
"noooo that document is very important to me" said phoenix because that document listed all of phoenixs clients in the past month
he had to know what happened so he called gumshoe
"ok pal we have the autopsy report apparently the document was hit by the right mouse button and hit delete"
"why didnt the killer just use the delete key"
"we dont know pal"
phoenix examined the computer and noticed his mouse was missing (he got around the place by using the tab key then enter because he uses 100% keyboard 0% mouse now)
the strange thing is that phoenixs room was locked
phoenix needed that mouse back so he googled mouse tracker as he had one on his mouse and it went to the police department
they ran there and phoenix walked to the center of the room and revealed the culprit to be the chief of police
the chief has a master key to every door in the city which is supposed to help catch evil guys but he abused it to get into the office with it locked
the motive was that his mouse broke cause he played too many games so he needed a new one so he stole phoenixs mouse however he forgot to sink it to his own computer so when he right clicked he hit the text document and moved the mouse and clicked he hit delete which deleted the document ripping the document forever
the chief was fired
