when phoenix found the crime scene he saw a man lying on the table dead with a glass of grape juice next to him
they took the body for autopsy but they gave phoenix a photo of the crime scene
when he looked at the autopsy report it said he was killed by poison but there was no poison in the glass of grape juice or the bottle
the witness testified and said she saw the man drinking grape juice and died and it was lotta so she had a photo showing him drinking and there was a bottle of wine next to him
"objection" phoenix said to gumshoe "think hes had that glass of wine u see in the pic" said phoenix
this means the killer came in after he was dead and replaced the glass of wine and bottle of wine with a glass and bottle of grape juice
"the real killer is you yamazaki" said phoenix pointing because his motive was that wine isnt apropriate for younger players so he removed it to keep the age low
