Finn woke up, with feelings of panic and breathlessness making her feel flustered. This had to be the fifth time this has happened over the past couple of weeks; she wasn't exactly sure what was going on. She felt her heart start to race and her breath quicken, as the feelings got worse. She tried to stop her shaking, but couldn't stop the tremors.

Carson woke up, but he wasn't sure what it was from. Then he noticed his wife shaking next to him, and thought she was having a bad dream, so he stroked her arm softly, and said "It's okay love, it's just a bad dream." But then he could tell she wasn't awake when she said, "I'm sorry…I can't stop it." "Stop what, love?" he asked as he looked over at her. She turned over to face him and said, "This shaking, the anxious thoughts, and it feels like my heart is beating too fast. I've been having it a few times over the past couple of weeks, and I don't know what's wrong with me."

He went in doctor mode for a second as he thought over her symptoms. To him it sounded like an anxiety attack. "Finn, it doesn't matter what time of the night it is, whenever you're having these anxious thoughts, I want you to talk to me. I'm your husband, and I'm always here for you." He opened his arms to hug her, and she cuddled close to him. "I know, I'm sorry, I just didn't know what was going on with me. I was on the run for six years, and I know this sounds stupid, but I find it hard to talk about my feelings sometimes…"

"No, it's not stupid, Finn. It's completely normal. I just want you to know that you can trust me with anything".

"Okay, I know," she murmured. He held her in his arms; she was laying half on top of him. He could feel her heart beating wildly, and she was breathing quickly and shallowly. He rubbed up and down her back, and calmed his own breathing, hoping that would help relax her. Slowly, he felt her relax, her heart slowed to a reasonable beat, her breathing was much calmer, and he felt the tension go out of her body.

"There, that's it, you're okay love. The worst is over," He said, when he was sure the attack had ended. She sighed deeply, and then said "Thanks, but I'm sorry I woke you up for this…"

"Now, now, I'm not going to have any of that. Remember what I said before; if you need me, I'm here for you." Finn then sighed again, mumbling that she loved him and fell asleep quickly, as her breathing slowed and evened out.

He held her close, as his own eyes eventually started to get heavy. He only fought off sleep for a bit, to make sure she was okay, before he fell asleep himself.
