Title: Lord Voldemort's Thoughts

Summery: Lord Voldemort contemplates a few things while he gets his followers back from prison after his rebirth.

Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter even if I wish it every night.

Voldemort looked around for a moment, waiting. He stood, tall and regal, in the entry way of Azkaban prison. It was time to get his followers back! The dementors were easy to convince to come into service with him. Honestly, to think that prisoners were enough to feed them, whoever thought that should just kill themselves.

He waited for his death eaters to gather the guards, there were so little of them so they were spread out throughout the prison, and as he waited he pondered "The Problem". He was quite happy when Lucius arrived to inform him of the view of the government in his rebirth. No, "The Problem" was Potter.

How could he, Lord Voldemort actually make a mistake! He'd re-evaluated everything that he had done that night and, to be honest, he found the mistake that he had made. He'd decided to brag. He should have killed the child as soon as he got his body back!

It didn't matter anymore. The past is the past and he had to concentrate on what he was doing here, in the now.

He looked up in time to see his death eaters escorting thirty guards. He sighed in exasperation. Whoever thought that thirty guards would be enough in a prison was just plain stupid. He went through the whole 'follow me or you die' speech and got a few more followers. The rest were disposed of without a second thought.

Now for the fun. He walked through the prison, interviewing the prisoners who hadn't been a death eater before asking if they wanted to join him or not, and freeing his most loyal followers.

He stopped for a moment at a specific cell. Bellatrix, his most loyal and trusted follower. How he'd missed her. Yes, this was definitely a good day to be Lord Voldemort.
