Ishilly smiled brightly at the news and moving the letter down she gazed up at the bubble that encased their island; it had been fifteen years since the Straw Hat Pirates that claim Fishman Island, and fourteen since she became the wife of the Pirate King's chef, Black Leg Sanji.
Laughing softy she flicked her black and white striped tail, slashing the water's surface the blonde merboy glanced over to his mother wondering what the news was about.
"Your father is coming home." Ishilly tells her oldest son, "Go and prepare a feast!"
The child grins and drives under the water leaving his mother to sit along of the rocks. She reaches up and ran her hair through her long wavy hair, which was held into the buns at the top of head and flowed down around her body; she half wondered if she should change it, but knew that her husband loved the way it was, just how it was when they first met seventeen years ago.
Glancing her she touches her tank top, the water were growing colder and it was not the season for her to wear her bikini top but was more than willing to have it on for his return. Ishilly reaching up further and traced a hand over her pendant Sanji given her when he asked for her hand.
A head popped out of the water and she blinks in surprise and then smiles at her daughter; the black headed mergirl wore her hair just like her mother, but was a lot straighter. Her face was covered in freckles like her mother as well, however she had curly eyebrows just like her father.
"Excited?" Ishilly asks her daughter who nods her head shyly, "Been a while since you seen your Papa, go find your best clothes." The daughter nods again then slowly goes down.
Ishilly sighs at this and closes her eyes as she shook her head; she really did not know where that one got that from. Her other daughters was not like that. The mermaid smiles gently at the thought her their children, it had been hard raising them only but since the whole island knew who her husband was, she gotten a lot of help.
Ishilly and her children was invited to live at the royal palace, to which she did, if only to protect her children. Having nine children living and growing up with royal gave them a high chance of becoming royal themselves; and her oldest son and the oldest daughter of the mermaid princess was the same age.
Another battle Ishilly had to face. Some believe that she married Black Leg Sanji for the statues that came with it, since the princes and princess view Straw Hat Luffy as a king over Fishman Island as well. She had been insulted and bad mouthed, even threaten to be killed. Yet she never ran away, she continues to stand firm as his wife and mother his children.
Ishilly opens her eyes and glances to the water, smiling as she sees the Pirate King's ship coming into view. Laughing she leaps into the water and swims as fast as she could; it was not long until she was swimming along side their ship.
"Sanji!" Ishilly calls out loudly as she waves her arms around wildly trying to get him to look her way, "Sanji!"A figure appeared on the railing of the Sunny and drive into the water; laughing she swam over to where he had entered the water.
Sanji broke the surface of the water with a gasp and seeing his wife he cried out in joy, he swam that rest of the way; Ishilly met him and she threw her arms around his neck. Even though he was gone half the time, was she glad she wed such a man.
