Shortest thing I've ever written.
Criminal Minds was without doubt one of the best episodes ever, if not the best. I loved it. This is my 'ode' to it. Please tell me what you thought of it!
Bang. Bang bang.
Three seperate sounds. They reverberated loudly through their minds, and yet they all knew that they weren't that loud.
Three sounds. The end of a life. End of a life time. End of a mother, of a woman.
And in that instant, they knew their lives would change. Those three little bangs would change their worlds.
Not only theirs. His too. His even more.
Because only a few miles away, a man in a car threw away his cell phone, gripping the steering wheel so tightly his knuckles, already pale, turned white.
And anyone could see that in that moment, part of his world had disappeared along with the sound of those three bangs vanishing in the air.
The women closed their eyes and turned away, wishing to never have heard it. The men looked at each other with shock, before determination set in their eyes.
But all of them, they kept going.
