"RUN LIN RUN!" Elphaba screamed. You may be wondering why Elphaba would scream such a thing. Well it all started not quite thirty minutes ago.
Not Quite Thirty Minutes Ago
Elphaba and Glinda were watching the children when they began to wonder where their husbands were. They told the children to stay in the nursery as they went to go and find their husbands.
Said men were wrestling in one of the rooms when Boq got the upper hand and pinned Fiyero down on the ground. That was when the women came into the room. Elphaba got an evil smirk. "You know Glinda."
"What Elphie."
"I feel betrayed." Elphaba said as she feigned hurt.
"Why Elphie, so do I. You know why?" Glinda said.
"Yes. THEY USED US!" Elphaba said dramatically.
"THEY USED US!" Glinda echoed.
"Wait, how did we use you?" Fiyero said.
"Look at your position." Elphaba said solemnly. That was when Fiyero realized that Boq was still straddling his hips. Boq also noticed and quickly bolted off of him.
"There's no use hiding it boys." Glinda said as she walked forward. She put a hand on Boq's shoulder. "It's very clear to us." Glinda said as Elphaba nodded.
"It's obvious that you are gay." Elphaba told.
"WHAT?" The boys yelled.
"But we still accept you. Because…" Glinda started. Both boys suddenly regretted taking them to see Avenue Q.
"If you were gay." Elphaba sang.
"That'd be ok." Glinda continued.
"I mean 'cause hey!" Elphaba continued.
"We'd like you anyway."
"Because you see."
"If it were meeee." Glinda sang, hitting a near falsetto note.
"I would feel free to say, that I was gay."
"But I'm not gay."
"No I'm not gay." Elphaba ended. Both boys were glaring at the girls, who looked ready to bow at their performance.
"I suggest you two run." Fiyero said as he got in the running position as did Boq. Elphaba opened the door before sweeping her arm out and saying in a fake accent, "Shall we run?"
"We shall run." Glinda said as she raced out of the room, with Elphaba by her side, the boys hot on their heels. They raced through the hallways of the Mansion, avoiding maids and servants. Several times they had to jump over the Munchkins who worked there. When the children heard the screams from their mothers about gay husbands they came out of the nursery to see a flurry of pink and black go by before their fathers ran past. The children soon joined the chase and caught up with their fathers. "Daddy what are you doing?" Jacqulin asked.
"Chasing your mother." Boq said without breaking pace.
"Why?"
"She said something that made me want to chase her." Boq told her as he quickly scooped his daughter up and placed her on his shoulders. Fiyero had already done this with his son and was getting closer to Elphaba with every passing moment. Soon Fiyero was able to get Elphaba's waist and pull her towards him.
"ELPHIE!" Glinda yelled when she realized that her friend had been "captured."
"RUN LIN RUN!" It was too late however. In Glinda's moment of realization she had stopped, in that time Boq had already grabbed his wife's waist and pulled her close. The children were taken off of the shoulders of their fathers and watched amused as their mothers were attacked by their fathers. In other words, their mothers were tickled. When the boys finally stopped tickling their wives Elphaba heaved to Glinda who was also trying to catch her breath, "I feel betrayed."
"Why?" Glinda breathed back.
"Our children didn't do anything to help."
"That's a good reason."
End Story. Review pwease. Or I will torture Glinda and Elphaba more via Boq and Fiyero. And not the good kind of torture either e.g. … u know.
