I glared at her with jealousy, never in my life had I hate someone so much. Everything was perfect until she showed up! Her, with her long dark brown, almost black, hair. Her almond shaped chocolate eyes. She was beautiful, and I was just average.

"Hey T!"

God, I despised her! She was smarter, prettier AND more talented then , she was so nice and innocent; you couldn't help being her friend.

"Hey Girlie!" I replied with fake enthusiasm.

Then, of course he had to show up in the cafeteria, the doors opening shining light on him like a goddess. He strides over, a small smile playing on his lips. His eyes sparkle with love, and for a minute I think it's like it was six months ago. I thought that look on his face was for me. Then I snap back into reality.

"Hey babe, so I have practice after school, so I was hoping maybe we could go out after?" He asked her hopeful; you could see in his sapphire eyes that he adored her.

"You bet wildcat, I'll wait for you" she says with a lustful look in her eyes, a tiny grin on her face.

I wanted to puke.

"Great, I love you!" He says standing up giving her a wink and a kiss, then walking towards his table. Rage ran through my body, but I keep my cool, putting all my anger towards my salad.

"Tay, listen, Troy told me you two had a thing, and I hope its ok I'm dating him he's just so sweet and charming, I couldn't help but fall for him..."

This brought my attention toward her, a thing? Dating for two years is a fucking thing?! That's what he said! We dated for two years, I lost my virginity to this guy, how could he say that? Well I guess that's what we get for dating in secret. I glance at her ring finger, his championship ring shining in the light. He didn't give me the ring, I would have worn it in secret, but still my finger never wore that ring. What made her so much better than me, why did he choose her! Two years, and he didn't want to come out with our relationship. Then she walks in, with all her beauty and all of a sudden he's fine with dating a nerd, even worse the whole school is fine with it! They love her! He loves her. Never in our whole relationship had he said he loved me, I would say it to him and he would just nod... He loves her.

Swallowing the lump in my throat I reply,

"Ya Gabs, Its fine".
