Kiss of Death

"Hey, Dean, I think I found something!" Sam exclaimed, waving several photos.
"Oh, yeah? What?"
"Each of these victims have the same mark on the back of their necks. See!" Sam pointed at each photo in turn. "What do they look like to you?"
Dean squinted at the faint impressions. "I don't—wait—are those lip prints? Like lipstick kiss marks?"
"Yeah, but," Sam shuffled through several loose pages, "according to the autopsy reports, they're not from lipstick. They're burn marks."
Dean grimaced. "So she—it—kisses them as it kills them."
"Gives new meaning to Hot Lips, doesn't it?"
