Not that Strong
Hey good people of reader-ville. Wait, that didn't make sense. Well anyway this is kinda inspired by my life in a way. Well not really. But still. Hope you enjoy!

Slowly crumbling, slowly breaking. Falling apart. Lily Evans appeared strong. She fights, and wins. Nothing can stop her. She gets angry; she is capable of destroying anyone. Namely her supposed enemy, James Potter.
But lately Lily ain't winning fights. Sometimes her weak side shows through.
Her façade, her coverage is dropping.
Lily can't face the world alone. Heck, no one can.
But Lily tries to stand strong; show someone she is not. She wants people to think of her as the girl who didn't give up till the end.
But here's the thing: Lily is afraid of the end. She doesn't want it to come. She is afraid, afraid of the world, afraid of love, afraid of being alone.
Lily Evans afraid of a lot of things, but she doesn't want to show it. She hopes her end will never come, that she will keep living in peace.
But that is a hope that will never be true. The world is not peaceful. It is filled with war, tragedies and deaths everyday. Everyday someone new gets sick. Everyday someone gets hurt.
And Lily is afraid that one of those days she will be the one to get hurt. She will be the one to get terribly sick. She will be the one who loses a loved one. She will be the one to be lost.
But Lily will keep fighting; she will continue to appear strong. In weak moments she will show whom she really is inside. Past her tough covering.
But bit-by-bit she's slowly falling. Crumbling up and breaking down.
Lily can't last forever, no one can.
Everyone falls and everyone breaks. We are not made of rubber and sometimes we cant just bounce along. But Lily, she has springs hidden inside. No one can see them but it makes her look like she is bouncing up. Higher and higher till she can't be seen.
Lily won't come down. She is afraid of falling. She doesn't want to fail. She doesn't want people thinking she is weak. Doesn't want them thinking she cant protect herself. Doesn't want them think she is fragile and cant do anything.
So Lily hides, pretends to be who she is not. People think she is strong but she is not. But Lily can't hide forever. Someday, someone will find out who she really is and everything will come crashing down. Lily will fall, and Lily will need support.
Because Lily Evans is not that strong…
