This is the better and edited version of chapter 1 of 'Fall In Love With You, Just Like Pizza'. My writing has really improved since last year, so yeah. There still might be some grammar mistakes and stuff, but not as many.

Enjoy! :)

A teenage girl with long, flowing green hair was walking down the streets of Tokyo, looking for a shop that was well known around the town. The thing was, she'd been looking for hours, and there was still no site of it. She really needed this job or else... Well, let's just say she would be hobo-ing for while.

At last, after another half of an hour of searching, she finally found the building she had been looking for." Geass Pizza," she read aloud to herself." That's a weird name."

Walking forward to enter the building, a raven haired teen around her age came out of the shop, muttering angrily to himself. He placed the trash in his hand in the trash bin before noticing the girl in front of him.

She met his eyes, and decided she didn't want to make this trip here any longer. Guess I should get this over with, the green haired girl thought in boredom.

Crossing his arms and sighing, the teen in front of her asked," Do you need something?"

"Well, I was wondering if you were hiring?" she asked him, lacing her fingers behind her back and tilting her head to the side slightly." And my love for pizza my be apart of it also, but yeah."

His amethyst eyes looked her up and down first, making the girl slightly uncomfortable." Not really, but we do need more employees. I guess I can make a spot for you, though. Follow me." he said, opening the door to the shop to got inside.

Once inside, he turned to her." What's your name?" he asked.

"C.C." she replied.

"C.C.?" he repeated, raising an eyebrow." Just initials?"

"Yes, um..."

"Lelouch."

"Yes, Lelouch. Just two initials." she replied.

"Very well," he mumbled.

When they entered the shop, C.C. was amazed by all the different pizza designs on display. Now if pizza is made like this, I can roll with this job, C.C. smirked to herself.

Lelouch tapped the girl on the shoulder." While you're fantasizing about pizza," he smirked playfully," I'll getting something you need while you work here."

She shrugged in response, resisting the urge to glare at him for his comment.

Once Lelouch came back from wherever he had went, he handed the teenage girl her uniform." Here."

"I have to wear... this?" she asked, wrinkling her nose up at the uniform in her hands.

"Yes. I believe you still want a job, am I right?" Lelouch asked.

C.C. groaned." Fine."

Once she was changed, she came out and showed Lelouch. She was wearing a black skirt with a white apron on top of it. In the corner of the apron was the name of the restaurant written in red cursive letters. Her outfit consisted of a white blouse with puffed, short sleeves, and to complete the it, a black checkered tam (or beret). She put her hair in two lower ponytails that hung over her shoulders.

Lelouch smirked at his soon-to-be employee." See, it's cute." he commented.

"Whatever, boya," C.C. mumbled, rolling her eyes." Now I want my job.

…...

Unfortunately, Lelouch said C.C. had to work at the cash register first because he, not put very kindly, told her," A newbie like you will work at the cash register. It's still a hundred years too early for you to stand in the kitchen.".

She would rather be in the kitchen with all the pizza. The flat bread with tomato sauce and cheese or any other topping you could think off. She'd better get free pizza for this...

Suddenly, her thought process was interrupted by her oh-so-kind boss.

"Don't you see the customers coming in?! Start taking orders!" Lelouch demanded, pointing towards the door.

The green haired girl sighed inwardly." Yes, I do. No need to yell." she mumbled.

Well, if she wanted to have somewhere to live, something to eat, and a bed to sleep in, this would just have to do for now.

…...

C.C. plopped herself down in a chair, throwing her shoes off in the process. Lelouch yelled at her the whole day! How was she supposed to freakin' know the prices of the different types of pizzas if it was her first day here?!

Lelouch came out the kitchen and smirked at his new employee. He crossed his arms and leaned against the wall."If you're tired from just doing that, maybe you should quit." he suggested.

"Never," C.C. replied with an equal smirk." Until I get my job in the kitchen, I am staying here whether you like it or not, boya."

"Stop calling me that, you... you... you..." Lelouch grumbled, trailing off and trying to think of something to shoot back at the teen.

"You what?" C.C. taunted. It's so easy to get him angry.

"Witch!" Lelouch blurted, thinking of the first name that came to his mind.

"I like that," C.C. said, her smirk wider than before." But doesn't a witch need a warlock?"

"I'll never be your warlock," Lelouch growled." Now, come on. I'm going to walk you home since it's dark."

C.C. snickered, standing up from her sit and grabbing her stuff. Lelouch rolled his eyes as he locked up the shop and the two headed home together.

Once they reached C.C.'s apartment, he walked her to her room, but as she was going in, she noticed Lelouch was still standing there." Why are you still here?" she asked curiously.

"Because," he started," My apartment room is right across from yours."

C.C. raised one of her eyebrows." Great. I live next to my boss." she mumbled sarcastically, walking into her room and closing the door behind her.

After sitting at home for thirty minutes, C.C. realized she had nothing to cook with. Well, she actually couldn't cook to save her life, but that was beside the point. She was hungry and she was not going to bed without some food.

Smirking to herself as she had an idea, C.C. walked to her door and slipped on her shoes. She stepped out the room, looking at the door in front of her.

She raised a balled fist and knocked on the door." Lelouch, your dearest witch needs to speak with you." she called.

Lelouch opened his door, groaning." What, C.C.?" he asked, running a hand through his hair.

C.C. gave him a mock sweet smile." I need food, and before you say anything, I have no idea how to cook, so you were my only option." she explained to him calmly.

Lelouch rolled his eyes." You're telling me you don't know how to cook, but you want to work in the kitchen of my shop?" he asked her.

The green haired teen shrugged." Yes. And right now, I'm hungry, so..." she trailed off.

The male teen in front of her stepped to the side, letting her in." You better be glad I just took a pizza out of the oven." he mumbled, slamming the door behind him in annoyance.

C.C. sat down at the table in his small kitchen while he placed two plates and a pizza in front of them." It looks good." she complimented.

"Yeah, yeah," he waved off, putting a piece of pizza on her plate and them on his.

C.C. took a bite of her pizza and sighed as if she was in heaven." And it taste good."

Lelouch rose an eyebrow." Of course it is. I made it." he replied.

"So arrogant," C.C. commented, taking another slice of pizza.

"Huh," Lelouch chuckled," Then I guess your a pizza lover."

"Conceited."

"Witch."

"Warlock."

"I will never be your warlock."

"Hmm," the green haired teen shrugged and continued eating her pizza.

"So you came here to Tokyo because you love pizza?" Lelouch questioned his companion.

"That could be part of the reason," she answered with a shrug.

"And you entered a guy's room because you were hungry and can't cook?"

"Yes."

"And you realized you came here by yourself when it's just you and me?"

"It doesn't faze me," C.C. replied." I know you won't do anything to me."

Lelouch smirked." How do you know I won't?"

"Because it's you," C.C. answered." You don't look like the type to take advantage of a girl, anyway. Besides, we were in a pizza restaurant by ourselves. You could have done anything to me right then and there."

"You're smart," Lelouch told her." You should go home now."

"I will," C.C. said, looking at her watch," In exactly fifteen minutes. Also, if you own a pizza shop, how old are you?

"I'm seventeen," Lelouch answered, moving a strand of her out of her face." My parents are business people. They own quite a few companies. I just opened the pizza shop as a hobby for after school. Sometimes I leave early to open up. I do want to become a chef, though."

"How interesting," C.C. said with interest." Well, I must be leaving now." she announced, walking towards his door and opening it for herself.

"C.C., turn around," Lelouch said.

She did exactly what he said as Lelouch leaned in and placed a kiss on C.C.'s cheek.

A small blush crept up on C.C.'s pale face. She walked across the hall, opened her room door, and slammed it behind her, leaving a thoroughly amused Lelouch.

That surprised me, C.C. thought, leaning against the door, He would make an awfully bad warlock, but my heart thumped. My heart has never raced like that.

Knock! Knock!

The green haired girl opened the door and found a note on the floor.

Lelouch Lamperouge,

If you want, just wake me up at five in the morning

and I'll show you how to make pizza before school starts.

Goodnight, C.C.

A smile spread across C.C.'s face.
