The young academy students aged between 7 and 8 gathered around there sensei, waiting to hear the plans for today.
Little 8 year old Sasuke observed his classmates, even at the age of 8 he felt above all of them. They were all rather immature if he must say so himself. Well all except one.
"So class as you all know, today we will be having an egg hunt in celebration for Easter!" There brown haired sensei Iruka enthusiastically stated as if excited for the event himself.
Contrary to popular belief Sasuke was actually excited himself, although he would never admit to it. He wasn't excited at the prospect of finding chocolate eggs, oh no that wasn't it. He was excited at the fact that he could beat all the others at finding the eggs first and showing off his 'super Uchiha ninja skills' to that one special person.
Yes that's right folks, you heard it here first… Sasuke Uchiha has a crush!
"You have twenty minutes. Ready set go!" Iruka shooed the young ninjas to go look for the chocolate eggs hidden
After ten minutes Sasuke found himself with two Chocolate eggs.
'Tch this is harder than I thought!' The young boy thought to himself
Soon after the twenty minutes was over Sasuke made his way towards his sensei, looking around he noticed that everyone seemed to have at one chocolate egg.
'Hn seems as though Sensei put enough eggs for everyone to have one…'
Suddenly a light bulb flashed inside the youngsters head
'Hang on a second that means one person didn't get an egg, Since I got two!'
Looking around his group of classmates, he noticed all of them had already started to eat there chocolate eggs 'like animals' he added as an afterthought.
But that's when his eyes landed on a timid blue haired beauty, and noticed the lack of chocolate in her hand.
'W..what?! I have Hinata's egg!' Blushing Sasuke wondered how she ended up the only person to not have a chocolate egg
'She has the Byakugan for crying out loud!'
Feeling his heart thump he knew what he needed to do, walking up to the young hime, he held his head high.
"Ur Hinata chan, you couldn't find an egg?" 'Oh stupid Sasuke rub it in why not? She is going to hate me now!'
Blushing red the young 7 year old timidly shook her head
"Ano I did, but I gave it to Kiba kun, he was very upset that um he didn't…" The timid girls voiced trailed off whilst she played with her fingers out of nervousness
Feeling his heart speed up the young boy smiled 'of course Hinata would do something like that, she is the nicest girl in the whole wide world, just like my mommy!' Yes because Sasuke was a mommys boy
Blushing Sasuke held out the two Easter eggs
"Um for you…"
Confusion filled Hinata's pearl like eyes
"Eh f..for me? W..what about y..you?" The timid youngster stuttered out
"I don't like Chocolate…" Sasuke mumbled, whilst shoving the eggs in to her hands
Both of the youngsters blushing a deep red stood for a couple of seconds
"Um O..ok T..t..thank Y..you S..s…sasuke kun, B..but u..um tell m..me w..what y..you like? So I c..can get you s..something t…too!" Hinata said in her cute child-like voice
Blushing Sasuke nodded his head, before contemplating what he should say. Without thinking he blurted out the first thing, or rather person that came to mind
"I like you!"
It's safe to say chocolate eggs weren't the last gifts Sasuke gave Hinata
