"My pain"

the hurt i contain is unbearable,
i sit here in pain,
keeping it locked up inside,
nobody will suffer for my pain,
they don't deserve that,
i will hide my hurt,
with a mask that resembles a smile,
the real me is locked inside,
don't let it escape,
for it is the thing we all fear,
hurt, loss, suffering, emotion,
all of these things are hidden inside.
(this is a poem i made when i was going through lots of hurtful things, i hope it means something to some people out there...)
