The Beginning of a New Relationship

It was a sad day for Vanessa Doofenshmirtz. She was at the park in Danville sitting on a bench with a sad look on her face.

Vanessa sighed. "I can't believe he's gone," she said.

Suddenly, Candace, Jeremy, and Suzy were passing by Vanessa.

"Jeremy, you've got to listen me, she's evil!" Candace exclaimed.

"No she is not, Candace!" Jeremy exclaimed, "Suzy wouldn't hurt a fly. If you're going to keep discriminating her, then I don't think we should be together."

Candace was shocked that Jeremy wanted to break up with her.

"But Jeremy…" Candace began.

"I don't wanna hear it!" Jeremy interrupted.

Candace started to cry. "Fine!" she exclaimed, "Be that way!"

Candace walked away, but then, she turned back around.

"But know this," Candace said, "One day, you WILL find out she's evil, and when you do, you WILL be sorry!"

Candace left the park.

Jeremy started to feel bad for being mad at Candace and wanted to apologize, but decided not to because it would just make things worse.

Jeremy saw Vanessa on the bench.

"Hey, Vanessa," Jeremy greeted.

Vanessa saw Jeremy.

"Oh, hi, Jeremy," Vanessa greeted back.

Jeremy noticed Vanessa wasn't in a good mood.

"Are you okay?"

"Not really,"

"What's wrong?"

"Well, you know my boyfriend, Monty?"

"Yeah,"

"Well, he went off to college, and we really can't see each other anymore because of how far away he is, so that pretty much means we're not in a relationship anymore. And I miss him."

Vanessa started to cry. Jeremy felt sorry for Vanessa and wanted to comfort her.

Suzy heard the sound of an ice cream truck.

Suzy got excited. "Jeremy, it's the ice cream truck!"

"Not right now, Suzy," Jeremy replied.

Suzy was angry that she couldn't get any ice cream at the moment.

Jeremy sat down on the bench Vanessa was sitting on.

"You know, I'm feeling the exact same away you're feeling," Jeremy said, "I just broke up with Candace."

"You did?" Vanessa replied.

"Yeah,"

"Jeremy, the ice cream truck," Suzy interrupted.

"In a minute, Suzy," Jeremy replied.

Suzy was starting to get really impatient.

"Is she your little sister?" Vanessa asked.

"Yes, yes she is," Jeremy replied.

"Wow, I'm lucky to be an only child. No offense,"

"None taken,"

Vanessa was starting to feel a little better now that Jeremy was comforting her.

Jeremy and Vanessa were smiling at each other.

"You know, for someone who's not into hard rock, you are kind of cute," Vanessa complimented.

Jeremy started to blush. "Thanks, you're kind of cute, too."

Suddenly, the ice cream truck left. Suzy was mad that she wasn't going to get any ice cream.

"Hey, I know we don't know each other too well, but, do you kinda want to, you know, start going out?" Vanessa asked.

Jeremy thought about what Vanessa asked him. "Well, we are different from each other, but who says opposite can't attract?"

Jeremy and Vanessa shared a laugh. Then, they got up from the bench and started holding hands.

Jeremy grabbed Suzy's hand and the three left the park.

"So, what movies are you into?" Vanessa asked.

As Jeremy told Vanessa what movies he was into, Suzy looked at Vanessa angrily.

"Just you wait, Vanessa," Suzy said to herself, "One day, I WILL have my revenge, and it will not be best served cold."

I know it's not the best, but I couldn't think of anything else for the story. I hope you enjoyed it.

I also want to wish Shiranai Atsune a Happy Birthday! She requested this story a few months ago, and I thought it would be nice to post this story as a birthday present for her. I hope you enjoyed it, Shiranai!
