Chapter 1: My Past Before I Met Him
Before I met Spot I had a past though as scary as it was.
Me and my family's house burned down while me and my little brother was at school. Both my parents died in the fire and they couldn't get out in time. I was 12 then and Nathan, my little brother was 5. We were then sent to the orphanage. It was dark, and freaky. We dispised it! I was taught to pick-pocket and it helped me get what I need and wanted, Nathan too. I got into it because I was so poor and bored and also the people I took from could afford to get more. In the orphanage I took things like food and clothing and such. But out on the streets were totally different, there I even took money and more valueables.
Me and Nathan ran away from that cruel place when I was 13 and he 6. On the streets we slept with the other homeless people. I had to be careful not to get caught pick-pocketing. The Bulls kept close look out on things especially when someone yelled "Thief!" I learned to run fast from them. Surprisingly I never got caught on the streets, by the Bulls that is.
The first time I did get caught was my Him, Spot Conlon that is. He called himself the King of Brooklyn. He look like some King, yeah right, he was too short to be one. But besides his height he acts like someone high and mighty. I especially didn't like him when I first meet him but I grew to even love him. When I was caught by him I was 15 and Nathan was 8. Well let me go back to the time when I was caught by Him. Luckily for me he didn't turn me ova to the Bulls.
First let me tell you how me and Nathan looks like so you can get an idea. I have long, straight brown hair and blue eyes. I love wearing long lavender skirts. I also wear black shirts, black shoes and a black cap. Not really pretty but some boys do think so. Now for Nathan, he has slightly long brown hair and green eyes. He really is a cute boy, others say so too. He wears green shirts, yellow suspenders, tan pants and a tan cap.
Now since you got the idea; next chapter will be about what happens next.
