THE NEW HERO
CHAPTER 1
It's the same dream over and over, me walking into the temple of time and hearing the gods sing as I play the ocarina of time, what does it mean? I mean sure my parents named me link, but I just thought it was just a name? Anyways it can't be real! It was only a game? I'm just going to try and ignore it for the rest of the day. I started to walk to my friend's house and decided I would go through the woods, why not? It was quicker. As I walked through I saw some thing pass in front of me. It looked like a girl in a dress with blond hair; I ignored and continued to walk through the woods. I came to a creek, it was rushing faster than usual, so I tried to jump it like I all ways did but I fell and hit my head on a rock. I woke up later to find myself in a large field, It looked so familiar? Like I have been here before? I looked around a saw I large castle wall, the gate was closed and it started to rain. This all looked so familiar? The castle gate slowly came down as it started to rain harder. The gate hit the ground and I started to hear galloping? All of the sudden a white horse with a girl and a woman gallop past me! Then a black horse appeared in front of me, there was a man on the horse, he looked so evil! I woke up; a little glowing ball was telling me to wake up? "What the hell is that?" I said "hey! C'mon get up!" "Ok! I'm up! Damn! What are you?" "I'm Navi! Your new fairy!" Navi, I can't be there? It's just a game? "My fairy?" "Yeah! Now c'mon!" "Where are we going?" "We are going to see the great Deku tree!" Deku! Now I know what's going on! I have been playing Zelda too much and I'm having a dream about it! "Ok we will go to the Deku tree" as I walk with me strange new friend we come up to a treasure chest, I stare at it confused "well aren't you going to open it?" "Oh uh yeah" I open the chest and find a medium sized sword in it that has a green crystal on the handle "good we can use that!" I followed the fairy further into the woods until we came to a giant hollowed out tree that was on it's side, we went through it and I saw a small village with houses made out of tree trunks, as we walked into the village a girl with Greene hair and green clothes walked up "so you finally found him?" she said to the fairy "yeah he was passed out in the lost woods!" Lost woods, it has to be a dream! "Well I better take him to the Deku tree" the fairy said, I followed the fairy through a narrow path until we came to a huge tree "great Deku tree, I'm back!" "Very good Navi!" the tree was talking! "Link, I have slept restless these past moons due to the evil that has crept into this world, it haunts me, I am no match for the evil curse that this man put on me, I ask you to please relieve the curse from me, will you do it?" "Yes I will" "Then enter brave Link and you to Navi, you must help him with his quest!" me and the fairy walk into the opening in the tree, I see a hallow room with a path going up farther in the tree, I walked up to vines that crawled up the side and as I walked over to it a strange stick like plant came out of the ground and acted as a wiled animal and attacked me!
