Wrote this ages ago and I though I would type it down. Set in Goblet of fire after Dumbledore send Sirius off to warn people of Voldemort return.
After the 3rd task
Sirius wanted to stay with Harry, but people had to be know that Voldemort was back. So he went as quickly as he could to Remus' house. They have keep in connect the past year keeping their eyes and ears open.
In his dog form he pawed the door as hard as he could till Remus open it. "Sirius" said Remus "come in" as soon as Remus closed the door, Sirius turned back. Sirius and Remus embrace each other. "The third task, Harry..." began Remus, he knew something bad had happen by the look on Sirius face.
"Harry's alive" said Sirius "But Voldemort... he's back"
"What?" asked Remus shocked
"It was all a plan" said Sirius "It was the reason Harry was enter into the stupid tournament in the first place. The cup was a portkey, to lean him to Voldemort. He nearly got killed"
Remus place a hand on Sirius shoulder "But he wasn't, he got away, thank Merlin for that"
"Harry saw the other Hogwarts champion get killed" said Sirius "He's fourteen years old, I wish I could be there for him more"
"You are there when he need you" said Remus "what's else happen"
"Harry's and Voldemort wants have brother wands" said Sirius "They both have a phoenix tail feather, they wands they connected"
"Priori incantatem? The reverse spell effect?" asked Remus amazed
Sirius nodded "A echo of the last people Voldemort murder"
"James and Lily" said Remus softly
"They safe Harry" said Sirius "They kept him safe, even when they dead they safe him"
Remus didn't know what to say "So what now? Is the order starting again?"
"I think that's Dumbledore plan" said Sirius "But Voldemort will want to kill Harry more than ever now. He's going to keep trying because of that prophecy" Sirius paused "The second war begins"
Remus nodded and looked out of the window "Yeh, the second war begains"
