To find the cure she sends him with Syaoran and the others to help search for Sakura's feathers. Sum sux!

Explanation:
He's a Elemental Mage. The only one to exist after Li Mizore his teacher. He is sent to Yuuko to ask of how to find a cure by Dumbledore. She sends him with Syaoran, Sakura, Fai and Kurogane on their quest to find Sakura's feathers. For some reason Yuuko called him Nagi Avalon when they first met and the others asumed it was his name. He went along with it.
