"Ok I know you seriously don't care about your grades but we need to finish this," I said to my neighbor and good friend Jeremy. "It's so boring!" he said about our history project. "Mr. Saltzman will tell Jenna," I said taking a bite of pizza. "I know," he said rolling his eyes. "Are they like…together?" I asked sipping out of my Pepsi. "I don't really know, well I guess, I mean, I saw them kiss," he replied. I didn't really know what to say to that. "We should get back to the project," I said. We had to do a report on the Salem Witches. "Yeah," he said. I have a huge crush on Jer that no one knows about. "Ummm, I have no idea what to do," I said. "I have an idea," he said grabbing my laptop and writing this is crap five times. I rolled my eyes.
Jer and I were a lot alike, both of our parents died in car accidents. I shook the haunting thoughts out of my head. Jeremy had been here for three hours and we had nothing done. "You can go home, I'll finish it," I said. "You sure?" he asked. "Yeah, thanks though," I answered smiling.
