A Death
He runs swiftly through the trees, as the sky falls black.
I follow & he pays no mind to me tripping over the roots of the wild forest. " Lord Sesshomaru-" I began, but he cuts me off,
"Be quiet Rin or we will be caught."
I quickly silenced myself, & tripping once more I gasped.
"Rin", he began turning around angrily.
Then I saw it.
An arrow.
Quietly piercing my lord's heart.
Tears welled up in my eyes as I realized what I had done.
Death.
It echoed around me, in the forest, off the ground.
As if the world knew.
Death.
I fell to the ground & my breath shortened.
Had death pierced me as well?
