Rory grabs her coat and run out the door for the bus stop. It is raining and gloomy outside, perfect to match her mood. She rides the bus to Hartford and gets off at a house. She runs up to the door and rings the doorbell.
As the door opens Tristan sees Rory standing outside in the rain crying. Seeing the look of shock on his face she replies " I know we haven't talked much since you got back but I have nowhere to go and you're the first one I thought of, please" Her eyes pleaded for help.
"Come on lets get you some dry clothes" Tristan said bringing her inside Her clothes were soaked and torn
After Rory is changed
"Ror why are you really here?"
"Like I said I had nowhere else to go"
"What happened?"
By now Rory has started to cry.
"I went to the club with some people from school. I met this really nice guy. He didn't seem like a creep. When I said I had to go he followed me outside and.... he ...he" Rory broke down in tears. She didn't need to finish the sentence for Tristan to know what the guy did to her. She was raped
"Shh. Its ok Rory. Im here for you. Can I take you to the hospital. We're gonna get the guy that did this to you."Tristan sincerely replies
"Tris can you please just hold me and make it go away?"
"Everything will be ok Ror. We can stay here for now"
Tristan rocks a drying Rory to sleep We can deal with in the morning ill just let her sleep for now Tristan carries Rory to the guest bedroom and puts her into the bed "Tris please stay with me Rory says stirring from her slumber" "yeah im here for you"
