Reality
Summary: When her life is torn apart, who can teach Vanessa Hart to be Renesemee Cullen again? Who can bring her back to reality?
Prologue
The day Renesemee Cullen walked through the doors of the windowless brick building called high school was the day the world was thrown into chaos, the day reality disappeared.
She was heartbreakingly beautiful. she wanted nothing to do with boys though. In fact, she wanted nothing to do with anyone. She was the most solitary person anyone had ever met. She was the girl who was never looked in the eyes. She was proud of who she had become, not where she came from. No one knew where she lived. No on eknew who her family was. No one knew anything more than the first and only three words she had spoken since she arrived: "I'm Vanessa Hart." No one knew that the only information she gave them was a lie. No one knew anything about Renesemee Cullen.
She ran away from home when Jacob Black died protecting her and her family. She hated her mother for loving Jacob. She hated her father for making her mother love him more than she loved Jacob. She hated that her parents caused Jacob more pain than they would ever know. She hated everything that was Renesemee Cullen, but she was never one to give up.
So she did the only thing she could do: she created a new identity and made a new life for herself. She created an illusion.
The Cullen's eyes could not be changed, but they would be forgotten, just like Bella and Edward and all the othes, just like Forks, Washington and all the events that had occured there. But Renesemee's golden hair had to go. Renesemee's style had to change. Everything that defined Renesemee Cullen had to be thrown away until not even Bella and Edward would recognize their own child. The only thing she wanted to hold on to was her nickname, the one Jacob had given her at her birth, the only thing she had to connect her to him. Nessie. So she would use the fake name that her mother had prepared for her in case things went badly, the fake name that Bella never knew Renesemee found out about. Vanessa.
