Reunited
Chucky sat in the play pin, anger coursed through his veins. Chucky was not a baby and he sure as hell wouldn't be treated like one. Chucky wanted to hurt her like she did him. He didn't want to get married, at least not yet. Chucky had to figure out a way to get out of this prison.
Next Chucky heard the sound of music playing, the song was familiar, but it wasn't country, it was more like hard rock. He tried to think of what song it could be, then it dawned on him. It was "Crazy", but the singer wasn't Patsy Cline. Chucky let out a small chuckle. "Hmmm seems very fitting."
Then, he heard crying from Tiffany's room. She was trying to be quiet about it, but he still heard her, then, he heard the clank of the huge ring on the night stand. Chucky never showed any remorse, but deep down inside his black heart he felt guilty for making her feel like an idiot and belittling her.
He had to do something to make it right again. They were soulmates and they were together for almost twenty years, she completed him and vice versa. Chucky felt that he needed to apologize to her. He had to think, how was he going to get out of this prison? The top was locked with a padlock.
Chucky looked around the play pin, there was a weak spot. In front of him was an abacus and the bars were thin and looked weak. Chucky reached out and grabbed one of the bars and pulled hard. It cracked, but didn't give, Chucky pulled even harder and the bar broke off and beads scattered onto the tiled floor.
Chucky did the same to the rest of the abacus, Chucky then crawled through the hole and walked to where Tiffany was. He could see her lying next to Damien's corpse holding a pillow and silently crying. Tiffany was unfazed by the dead body lying next to her.
Chucky felt a twinge of guilt rip through himself. Chucky walked closer to Tiffany, he didn't know what to expect from her, it could be literally anything. The tension in the air was thick, but he had to do it. "Hey Tiff..." Chucky said almost as a whisper. Tiffany sprung up and saw Chucky standing by the curtain.
Tiffany's eyes were red from crying, then her face twisted into anger. "What the fuck?! How did you get out?" Tiffany spat. It felt like acid was being thrown at Chucky. Tiffany grabbed one of her bric-a-bracs from the night stand ad raised her hand and threw the porcelain doll in Chucky's direction, it missed, and the porcelain doll exploded into a million tiny shards.
Chucky jumped back. "I know you're pissed, and what I did was really shitty." "You got that damn straight you fucker, what you did to me really fucking hurt!" Tiffany screamed with fresh tears streaming down her face. Tiffany put her head in her hands and began to sob. Chucky felt like shit, Tiffany was really hurting. Normally, Tiffany would be over dramatic, but this time she was for real.
Chucky walked up to Tiffany, Tiffany looked up, her face was red and puffy from all of the crying. "Listen babe, I do love you, and... I'm sorry for calling you crazy." Chucky said with sincerity in his voice. Tiffany only looked at him. "I don't think I can do this with you, anymore. I waited ten long years to be with you, I brought you back to life, and what you said to me was like a slap in the face."
Chucky looked down in shame, she was right he belittled her after all the work she did to get him, put him back together, and bring him back to life. "During those ten years, why didn't you call me to say that you were alive? All this time I thought you were dead! The only way I found out you were still alive was through the fucking news and the papers!" Tiffany shouted.
"Listen babe, I'm sorry that I didn't call you or anything, that was really shitty of me, but I was on the run, and I figured you thought I was dead and gone." "But still, you could've taken a few minutes out of your oh-so busy schedule to call and tell me you were okay!" "I didn't know how you'd react to me being a doll and I thought you would think it was some kind of sick joke. Trust me, I wanted to call, visit, or anything but, I didn't want to get you involved!" Chucky snapped.
Tiffany only looked at him surprise. "I didn't want that fucker Mike coming after you..." Chucky continued. Tiffany put down her guard. "So, you were protecting me?" "Yes, or your ass would've been locked up for being linked to me." Chucky said sternly. Tiffany started to cry a little, but this time it was different. Chucky was looking out for her this whole time.
"Why are you still crying?" Chucky asked softly. "I didn't know you were looking out for me." "Of course I would, I know I never really say this, but you know... I... Do care..." Chucky said sheepishly as he looked down. Tiffany smiled past the tears and she rose from the bed.
Tiffany walked up to Chucky and kneeled down to his level, Chucky looked up to her and she gave him a tight embrace and started to cry again. "Why are you crying again? Chucky asked as the couple broke the embrace. Tiffany looked into Chucky's gas flame blue eyes. "I love you Chucky, and I've really missed you these past ten years." Tiffany said choked up.
Chucky only smiled," I missed you too babe." Chucky said as he smiled." Tiffany stood up, picked Chucky up and kissed him on the forehead. "Are you hungry? The Swedish meatballs should still be hot." "Babe, I'm starving." Chucky said with excitement in his voice." Tiffany smiled, Swedish meatballs were his absolute favorite.
Tiffany wasn't the best of cooks, but she could make the best damn Swedish meatballs Chucky ever had. Tiffany carried him to the table and sat him down in a chair, next she took a lighter and lit the candles. Tiffany then made two plates and sat one in front of Chucky and one on the opposite side. Next, she walked to the fridge and pulled out a bottle of expensive champagne.
Next, Tiffany popped the cork and poured Chucky and herself a glass. Tiffany sat down and Chucky picked up the glass and held it up," Cheers babe." "Cheers honey bun." The two the clanked their gasses and smiled at one another. Chucky stuck a fork into a meatball and devoured it. "You like them?" "These are the best." Chucky said with a mouthful. Tiffany giggled.
"What's so funny?" "Oh nothing, I'm just happy that you're back." Tiffany said with a smile. Chucky and Tiffany talked about what happened during the past ten years, they both missed each other terribly. Before they knew it, time had slipped by and it was almost dawn. Tiffany let out a yawn. "I think it's time for bed now." Tiffany said in a groggy tone.
Chucky looked at the bed and saw Damien's corpse. "We need to move him." Tiffany nodded her head and got up, she didn't realize how much champagne she dank and tried her best to keep her balance. Tiffany walked to the bed and looked at Damien with disgust. Next, she grabbed the keys to the handcuffs and unlocked them and pushed Damien off. He landed on the floor with a heavy thud.
Tiffany turned and Chucky was sitting on the bed, Tiffany only smiled. Chucky picked up the handcuffs. "How about we play with these hmmm?" Chucky said with an evil grin across his scarred face. "Maybe we'll save those for later tonight!" Tiffany grabbed the handcuffs and sat them on the nightstand. Then, she began to giggle, she didn't know why, maybe it was the alcohol and the fact that her and her soulmate were finally reunited.
Chucky joined in and the two were now laughing, Tiffany had to lie down, and she rested her head on a pillow. The laughing subsided and Chucky laid next to Tiffany. Tiffany smiled and kissed him on the forehead, Chucky gently caressed her soft face and gave her a light kiss on the lips.
Tiffany smiled, "I love you Chucky." "I love you too babe." Chucky said as he started nodding off, his eyes started to close and he fell into a deep slumber, and he started to snore making Tiffany giggle a little. Tiffany wrapped her arms around Chucky's small body and the two fell into a deep slumber.
