He was running as fast as he could down the alley. It was dark as he made it to the street. He turned right and continued running. He heard a small explosion as he tripped and fell to the ground. He got back up and turned down another alley, not wanting to look back. He stopped as he realized he had ran into a dead end. Turning around, he saw what was chasing him. A hulking figure walked towards him, huffing and puffing.

"You run pretty fast kid, but you've found a dead end." The guy laughed as an energy ball formed in his hand. The only door in the alley opened as a lady walked out, carrying a bag of trash to throw into the dumpster. She dropped the bag of trash as she saw the warlock and the kid.

"Help!" he yelled at the lady. She threw out her hands at the warlock, almost as if on instinct, but nothing happened. She looked at her hands surprised. The kid threw out his hands and the warlock blew up. He looked at them surprised.

"My powers! What did you do?!" the lady asked the kid.

"P-powers?" The kid looked scared.

"Who, or what, are you?" asked the lady.

"Zach, Zach Kincaid and last time I checked, I was a teenager… Who are you?"

"I'm Piper Halliwell. Where do you live?" She walked over to him, still a little cautious.

"Nowhere…"

"You must live somewhere. Where are your parents?"

"Dead… That thing or whatever that was chasing me, h-he killed them." He looked down, a tear falling from his eye as he remembered his mom and dad screaming as they were murdered earlier that day.

"Oh… I'm sorry." Piper put her hand on Zach's back. "Um, if you'd like, you could stay with me and my sisters for a little while… I wanted to ask you some questions about what just happened.

"O-okay."

"Great, if you'd wait for me in the parking lot, I'll drive you there. I have to go get my purse."

"All right." He walked to the parking lot as he heard a door shut behind him. He stood against the wall as Piper and another lady walked out with her. She was a cute red head. Zach blushed a little bit as she looked at him.

She laughed a little. "Hi. I'm Paige, Piper's half-sister."

"H-hi. I'm…" What's my name?! "Zach! I'm Zach."

She laughed some more. "Hi Zach." They all got in Piper's car and drove to the manor, where Piper and Paige lived. Zach gasped as he got out of the car, looking at the house.

"Wow! You guys live here?! It's huge!"

"Yeah. You know, I never really did notice how big it is and I've lived here all my life." Piper laughed as she opened the door. She ducked as an energy flew past her. "Phoebe?!"

"Piper! Help!" yelled a female's voice from the living room. Zach followed Paige and Piper into the living room as the lady that yelled for help levitated above a guy's head. The girl fell to the floor as the guy formed an energy ball in his hand. "Ow! What the…?!" The guy threw the energy ball at her.

"Energy ball!" yelled Paige as she ran into the room. The energy ball turned into a bunch of little blue and white orbs and flew to Paige. She thrust out her hand and the energy ball turned back into its original form as it hit the guy. He screamed as energy cursed through his body and he exploded, disappearing.

"Phoebe!" Piper ran over to the girl and helped her up. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah." Said Phoebe as she rubbed her head. "Thanks Paige. I-I can't levitate."

"What?!" asked Paige. Zach started to rise up off the floor, unnoticed by anyone.

"Uh, guys?" he asked.

"My powers are gone too." Said Piper.

"Guys?" asked Zach again.

"Great! What happened to you guys?" asked Paige.

"GUYS!" Zach was now above everyone's head.

"That. He has my powers too." Said Piper. "I don't know how and obviously, he doesn't either." She jumped up and pulled him back down.
