Prologue - The Awakening
'We've finally done it, after all these years we've finally created the worlds most powerful Pokemon!' Blaine jumped up from his seat before running over towards his assistant, Dr. Fuji. Dr. Fuji was an ordinary looking man with dark hair and brown eyes wearing his lab gear whereas Blaine wore dark glasses and a colorful tie underneath his own lab coat. Both walked over to a large glass tube at the back of the lab, confident their experiment had finally become a success. Inside the tube was thick green fluid, and suspended in this was a large pokemon with distinct feline features. It had pale grey skin, a long purple tail and two blunt horns could be made out on its' head. Slowly it's eyelids began to rise and it was confronted with the two scientists stood on the opposite side of the glass. Slowly, a crack began to appear on the glass and only just in time did Blaine and Dr. Fuji realize what was happening and managed to dive out of the way of the psychic explosion erupting from the creature.
'Blaine, quickly!' Dr. Fuji screamed over the alarms that screeched through the lab towards Blaine. Blaine quickly pulled out his pokeball and released his Arcanine, a large dog like Pokemon with a cream colored mane and tail and an orange body slashed with stripes of black.
'Mewtwo!' Blaine screeched at the pokemon, 'Don't force me to do this!' Mewtwo simply raised it's hand in response to this and threw Blaine, Dr. Fuji and Arcanine into a nearby bookcase causing it to topple over. Blaine staggered to his feet and commanded his Arcanine to unleash a powerful Flare Blitz attack, resulting in Arcanine charging full force into Mewtwo smothering it in it's blazing body. Mewtwo simply shrugged off the attack and launched multiple Aura Sphere attacks at Arcanine, and before long the dog pokemon could no longer stand. Mewtwo stood and watched the chaos unfold before it. Scientists screaming, scrambling for the door, alarms blazing and machinery going haywire. Without saying a word, Mewtwo curled up into a ball, and emitted an extremely powerful pulse of psychic energy, destroying nearly all of the machines and starting multiple fires across the building. Mewtwo then simply glided out of a hole created in a nearby wall and flew off over the horizon.
Many hours later, Blaine and Dr. Fuji stood outside of the now ruined Pokemon Mansion, underneath of which was the lab where Mewtwo had been created. Smoke billowed from multiple holes in the roof and walls, looking upon the destruction Blaine merely turned to Dr. Fuji.
'From now on today never happened.'
