A/N: After a major case of writer's block, I am finally back doing what I love most...writing :). Believe it or not, this is actually my first FRINGE fan fiction thus forth, I just have to ask everyone to please, pretty please be nice when reviewing it... LOL. That or the Dunhamnator will come pay you a visit ;). Well that's all folks, oh before I forget, NO INFRINGEMENT INTENDED... "FRINGE" BELONGS TO ITS RESPECTED OWNERS; PURLEY FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. Enjoy and don't forget to R&R...Thank-you! HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM OBSERVER101! :D
"Better never to have met you in my dream than to wake and reach for hands that are not there." -Otomo No Yakamochi
"She is everywhere...a constant ghost haunting my every second, my every breath. The only connection I had to this world, my world, I came to discover was merely a fraud. Bittersweet irony, I suppose, but then again how could I have ever expected him, a mere boy with an IQ just short of genius to tell her and I apart? Why couldn't I tell the difference between the man I last saw over there and the boy I came home to? Who knows, maybe this is what I deserve...who knows."
I gingerly set aside the rather plain ball point pen before snapping the cover of my elementary journal shut for the night. Three weeks, three painstaking, excruciating weeks I have been back from the other side and yet I still seem trapped inside of my doppelganger's paradox. That set aside, I truthfully can't even begin to comprehend how one Peter Bishop, couldn't tell her and I apart.
Maybe I should give him the benefit of the doubt in the arena of physical similarities; but all others he can kiss goodbye to. That's just so typical of boys to do...all in the name of adding another notch in the bed post. Guess I should count my blessings that I never went that far with him then...right?
A/N: Hope you enjoyed the first chapter of my latest story...don't forget to read and review! I have to admit that this chapter was a little darker than first intended but, I strongly believe that this type of mood truly captures Olivia's current state of being post "Marionette". Don't worry though my fellow P/O shippers because I won't keep Olivia like this for to long. Until then, let the reviews roll in :).
