My name is Freya, I move around with my makeshift family. We don't exactly stay in one place long enough to call somewhere a home. Right now we are on our way to a lake to stay for a couple days. We're always running from danger too, it's never exactly big danger, just small things like bears, tigers, that kind of stuff. My makeshift family consists of my mother, Lorenza Shonan. My father Terlun Frishta. My uncle Andy Trank. My Big brother Who i just call nii-san because he doesn't like to be called his name. Then there's me, Freya Transcot. We call ourselves the Moon family. We just liked the name so that's what we call ourselves. Were a very loving family. Most of us ran away from our families for various reasons, but there are those of us that are here for other reasons. We are just now pulling up to the lake side and have parked. We drive a Kia Sportage. It is black but people just give us cars when we get into accidents. I say that meaning we have a spotter as we call him. He is My mother's brother. Her family is rich. He is kind and loves his sister and our family but he's too kind to leave the rest of their family. Not everyone has told the rest of us why they became part of our family but because of the small society we live in we didn't mind taking them in. Papa is my adoptive father and that's where our family started. Me and nii-san ran to the lake and uncle called out to us. "come back and take off your shoes! Role up your pants while your at it!" I made a face at nii-san causing him to chase after me as we ran. Before I was born papa told me that a war took out most of the human population. Mama tells us he's wrong but she won't tell us what really happened. She would get started but start to trail off into he childhood and start crying, so we don't bring it up anymore. We don't run into other people very often but the last ones we ran into weren't very nice. Me and nii-san took off out shoes and rolled up our pants. Uncle started chasing after us and we laughed as we ran. Nii-san and uncle grabbed my wrists and ankles lifting me in the air by the lake. They started to swing me back and fourth. I started laughing until they started counting. I glared intently at them and started yelling at them. "no! Put me down! It's cold!" on three they let me go sending me flying into the freezing water. I swam back up but saw they weren't paying attention to me because they were laughing to much. I went back under the water and started swimming towards them. I grabbed their ankles yanking them back making them fall into the water. They started shouting, "cold!" as they ran out of the water.
