The Dragons sleep. That has been the one constant truth since I ve taken over this role. I have watched over generations of those who use the powers of the Dragons. Those whom Destiny had marked as Arceus are cursed to watch the humans who use spirits and especially those who can wield the legendary spirits; spirits powerful enough to alter the world. All I do is watch, for the Dragons sleep and cannot mess in the affairs of men.
There was a war that has been lost to the darkness of time where the Dragons who had grown arrogant and deemed themselves the masters of this world. The war lasted many generations if my predecessors are to be believed. Thousands were killed and for what you may ask? Nothing. The dragons are only sleeping and for a time life continues as normally. But now the Dragons stir on the edge of awareness. If it should come to pass that a human awakens them I shall not put the dragons back to sleep instead I shall kill them. Then the world shall truly be at peace.
The humans who use the power of the Dragons trust me. Their trust shall be what seals their fate. I go now to gather the last one who has yet to realize the power he has locked hidden away.
