Author's note: Hey, guys! So, I decided to do an Uncharted oneshot. This story is after the end of the game, when he says, "I'll give you a five, how's that?". Please, if you like it, remember, reviews are always ever so nice. No flames, though.
"I'm not quite sure if it was a five.." said Elena, looking up at Nate. "Remember, I could hear you cry!"
"Ok, now you're not playing fair." Nate said with a laugh, pulling her closer. "What about a 6?"
"I don't know. Ok." She said.
Nate saw that she had a sad look in her face, while looking at the ground. Looks like she's about to cry, he thought, then asked: "What's wrong?"
"Look, I'm sorry, ok? " she asked, looking at him with regret.
"Sorry about what?"
"I'm sorry I left you after our quest to find the Idol, El Dorado. It's just that… I wanted you just for me and… I knew treasure hunting was too dangerous, I was worried. I thought, What if he doesn't come back? What if he's falling of a cliff right this moment? I couldn't even sleep, thinking you could be dead in a place somewhere…"
"Look, Elena, I know I'm not the perfect kind of guy, but I can guarantee you that while I'm still with you, I'll always try to make you happy, even if it means to stop treasure hunting."
"Are you kidding me? First of all, Nate, you're the most incredible man I know, I wouldn't trade you for anyone else in the world! And don't you even dare to stop treasure hunting just because of me. As long as you promise to take me with you and to be safe, I don't mind us two treasure hunting together." She said, looking at him in the eyes.
"Ok, I promise. But, I think you owe me a sandwich now." He said, smirking at her.
"Deal." She said, giving Nate a deep and passionate kiss.
