''Hmm... Hrrpf.. C'mon, give in!'' I wispher to my shoes.
''Hey, there! What's the problem?'' I hear a familiar voice say behind me.
''Hi Gouenji, I can't get my shoes off.'' I hear his footsteps until he is close behind me.
''Oh, I can fix that!'' He says, then I suddenly feel two arms being wrapped around me and I watch his hands as they quickly untie the knot formed in my shoelaces.
''That's it!''
''T-thanks.'' I feel my cheeks getting hotter now that he's so close to me. I can feel my heartbeats getting faster as he softly lays his hand on my knee.
Suddenly he turns me around, so we're standing face to face, chest to chest. I wonder if he can feel my heart pounding. I feel his warm hands travelling from my underarms to my shoulders, and finally ending in my neck.
For a second my breathing stops. I can really feel my face getting hotter now. Gouenji smiles and I wonder how long it takes before my legs will give up.
I avoid his eyes and try to look away, but now that he's so close to me, I can't find any space where he isn't.
I feel his finger under my chin, lifting my head, so I have to look at him. He is still smiling and lays his forehead against mine.
''Neh, Endou.'' he says, ''I have to tell you something, but for some reason I'm kind of afraid. So, I'll do it like this, just... Just don't move.''
I can't believe what he's saying, Gouenji scared?
I look at his smile for as long as I can, until his lips softly hit mine.
