Something Nice Back Home was killer for Jacket, so I'm facing the music, and writing a Ben/Juliet story based off of it.

"I know you're awake," Juliet stated simply.
Jack opened his eyes. "Juliet…I…"
"It doesn't matter," Juliet said. "You love her. I should've known something like this was going to happen." She paused for a second, waiting for him to say something. "You know, when I was back living with the Others, I met someone. His name was Goodwin. We were in a relationship, but then when you crashed, he was sent off to the other side of the island to spy. He never came back."
Jack was silent for a moment, contemplating this. "I'm sorry that had to happen to you."
"But that was the plan," Juliet said. Jack shot a confused look at her. "No, it wasn't my plan. It was his's-Ben. He knew about…about us, and he knew that if he sent Goodwin over there, then he would die."
"Then why would he do that?" Jack asked. "Why would he sacrifice one of his own people like that?"
"He thinks I'm his," Juliet said shakily. "He doesn't want anything standing in the way of that. Imagine what he's thinking now, when I'm here, with you."
"Once again, Juliet, I'm sorry that had to happen to you," Jack said. "But why are you telling me this?"
"Because I'm going to go see him," Juliet said. "This...all of this was my destiny. This all happened to prove that we should be together."
Jack once again said nothing. "Stay in your tent, Jack. You don't want to hurt yourself."
She stood up and walked towards the exit. "Goodbye, Jack."
When Juliet was outside the tent she saw Bernard and Kate. "Make sure he stays in there for a while," She said. "Don't let him move too much. He should be fine other than that."
"What?" Kate said. "Why us, you're the doctor. Where are you going?"
"I'm going where I'm supposed to," Juliet said calmly. "I need to sort a few things out. I should be back in a couple of days, I'm sure it won't be too long."
"But where?" Kate asked concernedly.
"To see Ben," Juliet said. "Don't worry. It's fine."
"Well if you're sure," Kate said nervously.
"I'll see you in a bit, Kate," Juliet said.
Ben would be glad to see her. And now that Juliet thought about it, she would be glad to see him too. She couldn't pull him away for that long, though; he had important stuff to do involving the freighter people.
She didn't even bother thinking about where she was going. She knew she'd find him no matter what. It was her destiny to find him. He was her destiny.
