Lindsey watched as the people opened gift after gift.

The clashing of families on Christmas day.

Ordements of members hung fittingly on the tree.

As adults laugh and children shout with glee.

A smile pulled at her lips

As her Christmas admirer walked to her

He held out his hand and led her out the room

"I got you a gift Lindsey, I hope you like."

She opens the box to see what's inside

A black velvet box under truffles of paper

Inside in the shape of a heart

With tiny cuts of diamonds

All shiny and gold laced with a chain

She looks up at him surprised

"You shouldn't of Isaac"

"Oh but Lindsey I should have..."

"Because Lindsey I want nothing more then to remember this moment"

He helps her put on the necklace

While she admires it so

"I'm not good at stuff like this Lindsey..."

"But this feels so right"

"Thank you Isaac"

"I should be thanking you dear."

Suddenly he looks up

She follows his eyes

And there it was

Green Mistletoe right above them

Before she can think his lips collide with hers

Before she can think he pulls away

And he whispers in her ear:

"You've made me happy guy..."

He pulls away and looks down at her with a grin

"Merry Christmas Lindsey"
