"So. Are you gonna tell her?" questions Blaine. "Tell who what?" Blaine rolls his eyes at his best friend. "Seriously? You can't be thing clueless." A shrug. "Sam, you have loved Mercedes since her junior year. Don't you think it's time to rekindle the flame? Granted it didn't work out her senior year because she was leaving a what not, but maybe it's your time now," reasons Blaine. Sam looks away from his best friend. "How do you know? What if she rejects me again? I know we are in the same place again and both unattached, but I've never felt like this with ANYONE before. Not Quinn, Britt, definitely not Santana, not anyone. I don't wanna screw this up and I feel like I could," sighs Sam. "Sam a 300 line backer couldn't stop you last time, there is really nothing stopping you now, but you. You will always regret it, if you don't at least try. Think about it this way, she was the ONLY girl you cried over. You wanted her so bad that when she became unreachable, you still went for it. Don't you think you at least deserve some type of answer to 'what if'? You light up when she's around; you are funnier and happier when she's around; you are 100% you. Don't give that up because you're 'scared'. If she's worth it, I mean truly worth it, then fight for her man."
"I get it B and yeah you're right I do love her and feel like we are soulmates, but we are not all the famous Klaine couple. Some of us don't get our happy endings as perfect as you guys. I have loved her since junior year, but how do I know we won't fall apart again? If I fight for this, I want her to fight to, I want her to see I am worth it also. I know people play me off as the dumb kid who was once a stripper, but I want her to see me as more than that. I want everything with her man, I'm just scared that she won't want it," confesses Sam. "You will never know if you don't try. Kurt and I don't have it as easy as it may look. We fight and go through things, but stop trying to be us and just be Sam and Mercedes.
