RWBY HQ (Just the dorms)

"Ohhhh yea" I thought to myself "Weiss is in for a suprise. Shes got no clue I found my whistle". A massive grin spread on my face as I crept over two Weiss's bunk whistle at the ready. I put the whistle in my mouth and blew as hard as I could a few feet from the sleeping heiress's face.
Weiss shot up from her bed looking around for the source of her slumber disturbance. As she looked over at me I bolted for the door at max speed.

"Morning Weiss!" I yelled over my shoulder as she picked up the nearest thing and threw it at her.

"I SWEAR TO GOD RUBY!" She yelled at me. I poked my head around the corner to see how things looked back in HQ and saw Weiss shooting ice daggers out her squinted eyes.

"This is payback for hiding my whistle in the first place" I told her from the safety of the hallway

"And that was payback for you doing this very thing for 3 days straight!" she snarled back at me.

"Plus hiding it from me is like a challenge Weiss anyways, you know that. And I can't turn down a challenge. A challenge that was no match for my super sleuthing skills"I said stepping back in the room since Weiss was cooling off

"Super sleuthing skills?" she scoffed "It took you over a month to find where I hid it" she said still shooting her trademarked Schnee company eye daggers.

"In my defense, you hid them where no one wants to go. The raisin Jar" I said shuddering.

"I still haven't figured out what it is you have against raisins. Nutritionally they're good for you ruby and they taste pretty decent" Weiss said in that knowing manner she usually had

"Well raisins are the liars of the food world. Hey look here hungry cookie eaters, a chocolate chip cookie, the most best and tasty cookie in existence. But then ah ha! It's a raisin. Cookie. Ruined." I said spilling her soul to her

"Ruby, Weiss. Do you two have any idea what the time and date is? It's 5 in the morning on a Saturday just in case you might've forgotten. It's way too early for all your usual bickering so please just quiet down a bit." Blake said from behind her pillow she had firmly pressed against her head.

"Yea, I'm sorry Blake." I said apologetically looking at the ground and scratching my neck

"I apologize too... for ruby irritating me" Weiss said shooting a glare at me.

"Close enough." Blake said with a sigh "Why don't you two go have a sparring match in the training hall or something" Blake suggested, clearly trying to get rid of us as politely as she could muster.

"Might as well since I'm up. I could use a little practice anyways" Weiss said

"Weeeelll Weiss, I think we both I'm more than a match for you" I said prodding at the white haired princess

"Ohhhhh, it's on Ruby! Grab your gear and meet me there in ten minutes." She said in her classic authoritative voice.

"Good idea Weiss. Ooooone problem" I said walking towards the door.

"And whats that?" she said narrowing her eyes and following after her.

"We're both going to the same place at the same time so it's kinda redundant" I snickered

Beacon Training Hall

"Miss Schnee and Miss Rose, what a pleasant surprise! You two are the first students to come in on this fine day." Professor Port said in his normal upbeat manner

"Good morning to you too Professor Port," Weiss said "We'd like to use the sparing room if that's alright. I'm not sure if it's open at this time because I'm not usually awake at this time on Saturdays" She said shooting a glare my way

"Well normally the sparing room doesn't open for another two hours but I'm sensing tension between the two of you and what better way to resolve such tension than on the field of battle! So I'll make an exception today."

"Thanks a million Professor Port. We'll be out soon" Ruby said to him
