Andi stumbled into the craft shack, her vivid yellow sweater hanging off her shoulders as she moved around the small shed. Today had been a rough day, she had totally failed the math test in 3rd period and she had gotten into an argument with Cyrus during lunch.
Sighing as she ran her fingers through her shaggy brown hair, Andi walked over to her old iPad, pulling up her music app. A familiar song began to play, the catchy beat causing the 14 year old to begin to dance.
"Let's go crazy, crazy, crazy 'til we see the sun! I know we only met but let's pretend it's love, and never, never, never stop for anyone. Tonight let's get some and live while we're young!"
Andi giggled, wrapping an old scarf around her neck as she began to sing at the top of her lungs. The old One Direction song continued as she danced around the craft shack, letting out the stress of the day as she spun around.
The song changed, the familiar piano making Andi smile. She hummed softly to the pre chorus, smiling to herself as Taylor Swift's voice became louder.
"And it was enchanting to meet you, all I can say is I was enchanted to meet you. This night is sparkling, don't you let it go. I'm wonderstruck, blushing all the way home, I'll spend forever wondering if you knew, I was enchanted to meet you."
Andi remembered the day she gone to see Taylor Swift live, she'd been eleven years old, and for her birthday, her dad - Pop's she corrected mentally, had taken her all the way to Salt Lake City, almost an entire hour away, to go and see her.
Enchanted, had quickly become her favorite song, mainly because of the almost fairy like feel to it. Eleven year old Andi had been obsessed with anything and everything fairy related. Enchanted, reminded her of that.
Now, almost 3 years later, she still loved the song, and the album it came from.
"Please don't be in love with someone else. Please don't have somebody waiting on you."
Andi smiled to herself as she pretended to slow dance, her shaggy brown hair falling into her eyes. She imagined a knight picking her up and spinning her around, before passing her into the arms of a lady in waiting. Pretending to dip, Andi giggled, as her imagination came to an end. Yeah, this song really was enchanting.
